This template should be used by a Coachee to self-assess how they view their life today and where they would like it to be in the future.
The document encourages them to perform that assessment against a number of areas – these have been suggested but can be changed so they’re entirely relevant to the Coachee. Refer to the Circle of Life Guide document to understand how the document should be completed.
