It’s nice to meet you! As mentioned, I’m Krystyna – mojito lover, sunshine chaser, HR nerd, and mastermind behind MyPeopleClub.
Working in HR can be a thankless job. You’re constantly bombarded with asks from managers, employees, and C-level executives.
Throughout my 20+ years in HR, I’ve seen it all – the good, the bad, and the ugly.
I’ve been offering HR consulting for years and while speaking with clients, a few things kept coming up again and again – they were feeling tired, time poor, burnt out, lonely, and like they just didn’t have the resources to do all that was being asked of them.
And one day, it dawned on me – why wasn’t there a place where HR people and people managers could go for advice, templates, professional development, community support, and more?
So from there, MyPeopleClub was born – a one stop shop for all of your HR needs.And I’ve got to say, I’m pretty dang proud of all that we have to offer.
After working with hundreds of clients, I’m ready to share my decades of experience with other HR lovin’ folks, so enjoy!
