Below you will find a number of letters/templates that can be edited and used throughout a paternity process.
Please note that from 6th April 2024, the Paternity Leave (amendment) Regulations 2024 come into effect, meaning the introduction of some legal changes to the way in which statutory paternity leave can be taken. The changes apply to children whose expected week of childbirth is after 6th April 2024 or expected date of placement for adoption is on or after 6th April 2024.
