We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible, and in any event within 4 hours (this may be the next working day if an enquiry is received after 1.00pm).
For members who are on a monthly membership package, advice is limited to 0.5 hours per month, and unused hours can be rolled over to subsequent months until membership is terminated. For members on an annual membership package, advice is limited to 6 hours per annum, and any unused hours expire at the end of the current year of membership.
All time is recorded in intervals of 6 minutes. To save time on any call, it would be useful if you could have to hand any details which may be relevant to your issue. In particular, if your query relates to a specific situation with an employee/worker, it would be useful for us to know the following:
- Type of Contract
- Length of service
- Job title/details of role
- Any protected characteristics which may be relevant
- Any disciplinary or performance history
- Any other relevant background, e.g., the employee has previously raised a Health and Safety issue or grievance
