This Website is operated by MyPeopleClub Ltd. Its registered office is at: 97 Ribchester Road, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 9HT, United Kingdom.
1.2
Through the Website you may gain access to the commercial products and subscription services of MyPeopleClub. In addition to these Website Terms and Conditions, the provision of such products and services will be governed by such additional terms and conditions as you may be made aware of at the time of ordering.

2.1
In order to register with the Website you are required to submit certain details such as your first and last names, address, phone number, email address, user name, password and payment details. If you have any queries about your details on the MyPeopleClub database, please email hello@mypeopleclub.com.
2.2
We may suspend and/or terminate (either in whole or in part) your use of any user name, password and/or this Website immediately, for any reason.
2.3
Your logon credentials are yours alone and must not be shared/given to anyone else. MyPeopleClub reserves the right to remove any member and bar them from any future use of the site, if the member is found to have shared their login details.
2.4
Members are required to setup their payment details at the time of sign up. For those on the monthly package, payments will be taken every month there following on the same date of sign up each month. Annual payments will be taken up front and you will be notified when the next payment is upcoming.
We may terminate your membership and remove you from all our MyPeopleClub platforms if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect payment. All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced and/or distributed without express permission.
2.5
You may cancel your membership at any time using the 'Cancel Subscription' button on your profile. Please note that this closes your account with immediate effect and no further payments will be taken.
If you are closing your account, we suggest you do this towards the end of your monthly payment cycle if you are on a monthly package (but no later than three days before the end of your payment cycle), to allow you access to the resources for as long as possible as no part refunds will be issued.
If you are on an annual package, the same applies in that if you close your account before the end of your annual cycle, you will lose access to the platform with immediate effect. No part refunds will be given as this is a discounted 12 month package.

3.1
For your security and peace of mind, MyPeopleClub will not supply your details to any organisation for marketing purposes. Please view our privacy policy for further information.
4.1
All intellectual property rights (IPRs) in the design and layout of the Website and, save as described in 4.3 below, in the material and information published on the pages of the Website, including, but not limited to, copyright and rights in registered and unregistered trademarks, are owned by or licensed to MyPeopleClub.
4.2
Save as may be incidental to you obtaining authorised access to the content on the Website, you must not reproduce, download, transmit or retransmit, manipulate or store on paper, electronic (including, but not limited to any database or any part of the Internet), CD Rom or other offline product on any other format in whole or in part the design and layout of the Website or the information or material published on the pages of it, nor hypertext or otherwise link to it, without the prior written consent of MyPeopleClub, such permission to be given or withheld at the MyPeopleClub's absolute discretion.
4.3
IPRs in any contribution shared by you on the MyPeopleClub Communities shall remain with you and by making a contribution (in whatever form, including but not limited to text, graphic, photo, other image type or audio) you agree to grant to MyPeopleClub, free of charge, perpetual and irrevocable worldwide licence to use the contribution in whatever manner it may wish.
4.4
In making a contribution to the MyPeopleClub Communities, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory, does not infringe any laws or the rights of others in any jurisdiction, and that you have the right to grant MyPeopleClub a licence to use the materials, as specified above.
4.5
If you do not wish to grant MyPeopleClub a licence to use your contribution as envisaged by these Website Terms and Conditions, please do not submit or share your contribution on the Website or associated social media platforms.

The material and information contained on the Website is for general information only and does not constitute any form of offer for sale (except for products available to purchase on our online sales website, advice or recommendation by MyPeopleClub). You should not rely on the material or information on the Website as a basis for making any business, legal and/or other decisions. You should seek appropriate independent advice before making any such decisions.

MyPeopleClub does not warrant or represent and excludes all warranties or representations that the material and information, including advertising material, on the Website is accurate, true or complete or that it is free of viruses or that it does not contain any material which is defamatory, obscene or illegal in any way.

In no circumstances will MyPeopleClub be liable to you or any other third parties for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any consequential loss) resulting from or in any way connected with your use of the Website or its content, whether caused by negligence, misrepresentation, breach of any statutory duty, or breach of contract or otherwise. MyPeopleClub does not limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

The content contained within the MyPeopleClub Communities is provided by individual contributors. You are advised to treat any information contained within the MyPeopleClub Communities with an appropriate level of caution. Contributors’ views are their personal views alone and MyPeopleClub are not responsible for any content, unless specifically stated otherwise.

You may access other websites via hypertext links from the Website. You use such links and other websites entirely at your own risk. Such websites are provided by independent third parties and MyPeopleClub do not accept any responsibility for the availability, content or use of such websites or information contained on them. Any links to third party websites do not amount to any endorsement of that site by MyPeopleClub.

MyPeopleClub endeavours to ensure that the information it provides through the Website is accurate and accepts no liability for any errors and omissions, misuse of copyright or personal information in breach of the above rules.

All templates downloaded from the MyPeopleClub website are intended to be a starting point only and are not a substitute for professional or legal advice. MyPeopleClub accepts no liability for any documents used from the site. Templates must be tailored to the specific situation at hand, and in line with any company policies & procedures. All documents are correct as of the time of production and will be updated as necessary.

7.1
You agree to indemnify and to keep MyPeopleClub indemnified from and against any costs, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities suffered or incurred by MyPeopleClub arising from or which are directly or indirectly related to your access to and/or use of the Website and/or any other person or entity's use of the Website, including but not limited to where such person or entity was able to access the Website using your password.
8.1
MyPeopleClub reserves the right to assign or transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under these Website Terms and Conditions to any other third party. In the event of assignment or transfer to any other third party, notification will either be given to you by email and/or posted on the Website.
8.2
Failure by MyPeopleClub to exercise or enforce any right conferred upon it shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement of that or any other right on any later occasion.
8.3
MyPeopleClub reserves the right to vary these Website Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such changes will either be notified to you by email and/or posted on the Website. Changes in this manner shall be deemed to have been accepted if you continue to use the Website after a period of 2 (two) weeks from the date of transmission of the email and/or of the posting on the Website, whichever occurs later.

These Website Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Website Terms and Conditions.
9.1
Thank you for any purchase(s) made. We hope you enjoy your purchase. If however you are not happy for any reason, please see below for further details on refunds from MyPeopleClub Limited. In all instances minimum statutory refund rights apply.
9.2
For group programmes and/or some services (where full access to services/content/materials is not given at the point of purchase), a 14 day refund policy will apply. If you are not fully satisfied within the first 14 calendar days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund, less administrative charges (see 9.5). After 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund, so we encourage all customers to make sure the product or service is right for them within the 14 day period.
9.3
In relation to the MyPeopleClub membership packages and those digital courses/programmes where all content is available for consumption immediately after purchase, the buyer surrenders any right to change their mind and will not be entitled to any refund after purchase. This is due to the buyer having access to all content, materials and Member discounts once the purchase has been processed. Full details of the membership and each course/programme are available before the point of purchase. If you have any queries about the membership or a course or programme before purchasing, please email hello@mypeopleclub.com.
9.4
In relation to any digital courses/programmes where content is drip fed over a period of time, the buyer may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, refunds will be made on a pro rata basis, less administrative costs.
9.5
Administrative costs include payment gateway charges (EG: Stripe costs), any other system charges plus admin time to deal with and process any complaints and/or refund requests. A minimum administrative cost of £75 will be applied to any refund.
9.6
If there is a problem with your product or service, or if you would like to request a refund, please send your name, contact details and details of the issue to hello@mypeopleclub.com.
9.7
If a refund is due to you under the terms of this refund policy, we will issue a refund or cancellation within 14 days of:
- Our receipt of the returned product(s);
- Our confirmation that a refund is applicable for the digital product or service.
If you are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded on the same card you made the purchase with.
10.1
By contributing to MyPeopleClub Community areas (including Facebook Groups), you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your contribution in any way and in any current or future media format (including modifying and adapting it for operational or editorial reasons). You also grant us the right to sub-license these rights and to bring an action for any infringement.
10.2
MyPeopleClub reserves the right to decline to publish any MyPeopleClub Community contribution at its absolute discretion. You indemnify MyPeopleClub and its subsidiaries from any claims or actions arising from any of your Community contributions including, but not limited to, where content is considered illegal, unlawful or to infringe any third party’s legal or other rights.
10.3
By affirming your acceptance or providing any contribution for use on the MyPeopleClub Community, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
11.1
Graphic images on the MyPeopleClub website and platform are created by MyPeopleClub and are the property of MyPeopleClub.
11.2
Some Lifestyle images are stock photography and supplied by pixels.com.
11.3
The MyPeopleClub Logo, MyPeopleClub Members Logo, Charity Logo and/or any other Company logos/graphics are the property of MyPeopleClub.
12.1
The employment law helpline is a sub-contracted service provided by Employee Management Ltd (EML).
It is an additional offering on top of the MyPeopleClub (MPC) core package (IE: it is not possible to purchase the use of the employment law helpline without purchasing an MPC core package).
Any services provided by EML to MPC Members, are to be provided by EML directly to such MPC Members, and MyPeopleClub shall have no involvement and/or liability whatsoever in respect of the provision of any such services.
