It’s nice to meet you! As mentioned, I’m Krystyna – mojito lover, sunshine chaser, HR nerd, and mastermind behind MyPeopleClub.

Working in HR can be a thankless job. You’re constantly bombarded with asks from managers, employees, and C-level executives.

Throughout my 20+ years in HR, I’ve seen it all – the good, the bad, and the ugly.
