Offering outplacement support can ensure that staff leave with support following their termination. This can include any combination of the services detailed above – although the most commonly ordered package includes a CV, Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile and interview skills training.
For the individual who is leaving, very often they do not have up to date documents and may have not had an interview for many years. Job searching, on top of the emotions of leaving, can seem very daunting.
Having the support of an external provider – with a pre-agreed package provides support during the transition period. Some aspects can be provided on a group basis if you or your staff would prefer.
